You would be working as part of a large sales team that:

• Builds an understanding of the product offering and client base and builds a sales execution and go to market plan and presents to the directors with expected revenue targets.

• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume with activity in place.

• Recruit and builds your own sales team, training and accountability.

• Reviews pricing strategy, sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends and competitors.

• Maintains national sales results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
