Experience in customer service and account management, software, image & PDF file troubleshooting is essential for this role. You must have at least 2 years in customer service or technical support experience with a certificate in customer contact or equivalent. An interest in photography and design is preferred. Skills required for this role include multi-tasker, with advanced communication and writing skills, a confident independent work approach and whilst providing a high quality work with attention to detail. You will be trained in our in –house communications tools and will receive formal training from our Customer Service Manager.
